In order to reduce its ecological footprint, the Inter-Mission plans its production so as to minimize losses and uses versatile products. Moreover, the plates and utensils we give our customers are biodegradable, and the boxes we use to ship food are recyclable or reusable.

As much as possible, we source local products from companies that share our values of sustainability and give animals decent living conditions. Also, we serve organic and fair trade coffee.
3. You help women learn a profession
Kitchen assistant program enables unemployed women to specialize in order to find a job in catering, while taking french courses. All participants in the kitchen assistant program are paid for the duration of their training, and receive a socoprofesionnal support to help them integrate the job market.
